To celebrate the physical release of CrossCode for PlayStation®4 and Nintendo Switch, ININ Games is holding a CrossCode sweepstake/raffle.

The sweepstake is organised by ININ Games / United Games Entertainment GmbH, based in Kirchheim/Teck, Germany.

All persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
To participate you must do the following:

1. Like or follow one of ININ Games Social Media accounts: Facebook, Instagram or Twitter

2. Like or follow one of Deck13 Social Media accounts: Facebook, Instagram or Twitter

3. Leave a comment and tell us: Which is your favorite 2D RPG game? 

Reasons for exclusion from participating in the sweepstake:

• If you create multiple accounts in order to enter a contest more than once, you will be excluded from the sweepstake. We would also like to point out that on some social media platforms, creating multiple accounts might make you liable to get all of your accounts suspended.
• Posting duplicate or near duplicate content will not increase your chances for winning. If you are found guilty of spamming, you will be excluded from the sweepstake.

The competition ends on October 25th, 2020 (midnight CEST). The winners will be decided by drawing lots in week 45 and contacted via the respective social media platform.

The prizes are as follows

• 1st prize: An ultimate fan package including a high quality art print and plush.
• 2nd prize: A fan package with several exclusive CrossCode Fan Items/Goodies.

The prizes will be sent to the winners by postal mail. For this purpose, the winners must provide an address to which ININ Games can send the prize. The address will be used exclusively for the purpose of delivering the prize and will not be passed on to third parties. If a winner does not wish to provide a shipping address, the prize can not be delivered and the prize will be forfeited.

Please note that if a prizewinner changes his or her account, closes the account, or unfollows the official ININ Games account before the announcement of the winners, the participant is excluded from the raffle.

Due to the Corona pandemic, we cannot give a fixed date for the shipment of the prices at this time. The prices will be shipped as soon as possible. Presumably in November / December 2020.

The purchase of ININ products does not affect the outcome of the competition.

Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred. No cash disbursement and/or a replacement of the prizes is possible. There is no recourse to the courts. Any legal action is precluded.

ININ Games reserves the right to terminate the promotion in case of serious reasons. The content of the contest may be changed or cancelled without notice in the event that the organizer deems it necessary.

We explicitly state that the competition is in no way associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are completely released by each entrant or participant.
